参加においての注意事項 IMPORTANT, please read!!

• 参加費はPaypalでお支払いください。当日現金でのお支払いは受け付けておりません。Please submit payment via Paypal (rossini7822@gmail.com) 
• 参加締め切りは12月14日です。Please RSVP by 12/14/Sunday.
• 当日は入り口で受付、その際にラッフルチケットを受け取ってください。Please check in at the entrance and don’t forget to receive ruffle tickets.
• 恒例のラッフル抽選を行いますので、各自ギフトとして$15程度の景品を1個以上ご持参ください。手作りの景品はなしとさせていただきます。We will have a ruffle game. Please bring one or more Christmas gifts ($15 or more /each ). We can’t accept homemade or homegrown items.
• 本年度各月の優勝者によるドンペリ乾杯式を行いますので該当者は優勝グラスをご持参ください。Winners will be served Dom Perignon. Please bring your winner glass to the party.
• 12月のトーナメント結果の他、グランドチャンピオン及び皆勤賞の発表はゴルフ場ではなく、パーティ会場にて行います。 December tournament result, Grand Champion ship, and Perfect Attendance award will be presented at the Party.
