Annual Champion will be determined from each of the monthly tournament champions on December tournament.
Among previous December champion to current November monthly champs

Handicap rules:
Objectives: For all members, in order to increase your chance to be a winner, a
ZeroZero GC amend Handicap rules to simple, fair and easy to understand.
* HC – Handicap Index
* HD – Handicap Differential
Changes made:
1. No longer quarter adjustments
2. No longer annual point system
3. No longer net under par adjustment
4. Members attending less than 4 tournaments in the last 12 months:
HC will be reduced by 20% at the 4th tournament
20% cut will be removed at the 5th tournament attending
5. Reduced HC by prize
1st prize – reduced by 20% for the next 3 tournaments
2nd prize – reduced by 15% for the next 3 tournaments
3rd prize – reduced by 10% for the next 3 tournaments
6. Reduced HC by attendance
Members absent from 12 consecutive tournaments:
Use the latest HC reduced by 20%
7. HC for guests
To become a member, mim of 3 tournaments as a guest required
HC will be reduced by 20% for the first 3 tournaments as a member
How to calculate Handicap Index:
Calculation of the Handicap Differential (from SCGA rule)
To determine the Handicap Differential, subtract the USGA Course Rating from
the adjusted gross score; multiply the difference by 113
and divide the resulting number by the Slope Rating.
Round the final number to the nearest tenth.
Handicap Differential =
(Adjusted Gross Score – USGA Course Rating) x 113 / Slope Rating
Calculation of Index (00 Rule)
Average of the best 50% Handicap Differentials in the last 12 months multiplied by 0.96
Zero Zero Golf Club Tournament Rules
基本的に全てのプレーは USGA ルールに準ずる。 但し、特例として下記 00 ルールが適用できます。
- フェアウェイに限り、ボール位置がディボットやベアグランド、メンテナンス不良と判断 される場合は、該当箇所の境界線上の二アリストポイントから 6 インチ以内に移動(プレ ス)することが認められる。その際ボールはそのままの状態でプレスすることが原則で付 着した泥などを拭き取ることはできない。処置の判断は同伴競技者の同意を得ること。但 しラフなどフェアウェイ以外の場所では適用できない。
- Bunker 内でボール位置が足跡や流跡、メンテナンス不良など、明らかに通常あるべき状態 ではないと判断された場合は、該当箇所の境界線状の二アリストポイントから 6 インチ以 内に移動(プレス)することが認められる。その際ボールはそのままの状態でプレスする ことが原則で付着した泥などを拭き取ることはできない。処置の判断は同伴競技者の同意 を得ること。
- トリプルスコア以上の場合は、ボールとホールまでの距離が 1 グリップ内であれば OK パッ トが認められる。
